Long-standing relationships across domestic and export markets give us the reach and the market knowledge to sell each grade well and keep supply steady through the sale.

We prepare a strategic plan around your objectives — cashflow, income expectations, environmental obligations and your longer-term intentions for the land — and then manage to that plan on your behalf, adjusting as conditions and markets change.

Underpinning the work is solid mapping and record-keeping. We use ArcGIS and Geomaster to keep your forest accurately mapped, recorded and tracked over time. It means the personal service you get from us is backed by the same systems and discipline the largest operators rely on.

Getting a new crop established — without you having to coordinate it all.

Whether you are replanting after harvest or establishing a new forest on bare land, we manage the establishment for you, from site preparation through to a crop that is away and growing.

We handle the groundwork and run the process end to end, engaging specialists we know and trust for the planting itself. We also work with nurseries to secure quality genetics in your seedlings, giving the crop the best possible start. You deal with a single point of contact, and your forest gets established well without you having to source and manage crews yourself.

Accurate mapping of your forest, built on your data and the best public datasets.

We use GIS to map your forest — its stands, roads and operational data — and combine it with public datasets from the LINZ Data Service, MPI and local councils. The result is detailed, accurate mapping tailored to your forest, supporting harvest planning, infrastructure layout, terrain analysis and inventory.

Keeping your forest's records accurate, current and ready when you need them.

We keep your forest's records — stand histories, areas, silvicultural operations and inventory — accurate and up to date, so your information is reliable, well-organised and ready whenever a decision, valuation or sale calls for it. For larger forests we use Geomaster, the recognised industry system for stand records in New Zealand. For smaller forests, where Geomaster is more than the job needs, we keep the same records in our own in-house database. Either way, your forest's records are properly looked after.
